Without going into much detail, it is just a really good feeling to put a smile on my customers’ face at work. One example: a gal was paying on a lawaway that she really couldnt afford to pick up for a few months. We had an additional discount that when I re-rang it, she saved so much money on it she only needed $10.. which she had planned on making a $25 payment. AND the ring fit so she wore it out. She had her two sons with her (school clothes shopping) and they were even thrilled at how happy Mom was. The older boy said “Mom got something new for school too!!” *sigh* Somedays arejust good like that
